Passed peacefully away in the presence of her loving family. Marjorie May Spurrell died on Friday, January 2nd, 2009 at the Western Memorial Regional Hospital in Corner Brook, at the age of 77 years, leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories her husband Garfield; her children: Loretta (Everett), Wayne (Enid), Eugene (Sylvia), Bruce (Donna), Juanita (Jim), and Marlene (Joe); her 13 grandchildren: Renee (Jeff), Robert (Tammy), Sandy, Kimberly (Tony), Andy, Kristy (Dwayne), Mark, Alison ( Stewart ), Jimmy, Amy, Danny (Cassandra), Megan, and Patrick; her 10 great grandchildren: Kelsey, Emma, Dillon, Joshua, Dakota, Abigail, Olivia, Hayden, Chloe, and Mia; her sisters: Mrs. Effie Compton and Mrs. Evelyn Wiseman. Marjorie was predeceased by her parents: John & Caroline Pittman; her siblings: Eliza (Enos), Alfred, Augustus (Elizabeth), George (Ena), and Kathleen. Also leaving to mourn a large number of nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends. The family will be receiving family and friends from St. Micheal's & All Angels Anglican Church in Pollard's Point, this evening Saturday, January 3rd 2009 from the hours of 7-9 pm and on Sunday January 4th 2009 from the hours of 2-4 & 7-9 pm, from where also the funeral service will take place today, Monday, January 5th, 2009 at 2 pm with the Rev: Hannah Dicks officiating with the Burial to follow at the church cemetery in Pollard's Point.
