It is with great sadness that the family of the late Myrtle Roberts announce her passing on Tuesday, April 14th, 2009 at the Parklands at the Lakes, Glasaow Hall, Dartmouth, NS in her 100th year. She leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories her son Rendell (Lorna) Roberts, daughter Mabena (Owen) Combdon, grandchildren: Darren, Mark, Martin, Barry and Lisa & 7 great-grandchildren. As well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her husband Mark Roberts in 1980. Friends may visit the Epiphany Anglican Church in Woody Point on Friday beginning 2:00 PM from where the funeral service will take place on Saturday, April 18th at 2:00 PM with Rev. Charlene Laing officiating. Interment to follow at the Anglican Cemetery, Woody Point. As expressions of sympathy in lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Epiphany Anglican Church Memorial Fund. Funeral arrangements entrusted to Fillatre’s Funeral Home.
