It is with great sadness that the family of the late Ralph J. Stride announces his passing on Saturday, July 12, 2008 at the age of 81 years. He leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories, his wife: Emily Stride; sisters: Golda Noseworthy of Nova Scotia, Julie Avery of Hampden, Sheila Guy (Wayne) of Hampden; brothers: Dolph of Hampden, Lewis of Hampden, Douglas (Eileen) of Ontario, Jim (Carrie) of Hampden, Howard of Ontario; as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his brother: Harold, sisters-in-law: Marjorie, Cluda, and Whilmenia; brothers-in-law: James Noseworthy, and James Avery. Visitation has taken place. The funeral service will take place this morning, Monday, July 14, 2008 at 10:30 am from First United Church, Park St with Rev. Dr. Wayne Cole officiating. Interment at Mount Patricia Cemetery.
