It is with great sadness that the family of the late Solomon Seymour Yetman (Archie) announce his passing at the Western Memorial Hospital in Corner Brook on Thursday June 26th, 2008 in his 86th year. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories of 47 years, Patrica Nichols Yetman; his son, Tom (Anne), daughters: Julie (Earl), Lynn (Bern), Betty, Melaine and Judy; his grandchildren: Jason (Jackie), Candace, Michael (Julie), Christopher, Nicholas and Shane; great-grandchildren: Jonathan and Emma Bea; his brothers; Frank (Doris), Nigel (Pearl), Chess (Barb), Al (Trudy) and Cron (Brenda); brother-in- law, George (Shirley) Nichols and sister- in-law, Mrs. Shirley Nichols; also leaves to mourn a large number of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. A special thank you to his home care workers: Goldie, Wanda, Belinda and Lorraine. Solomon was predeceased by his parents: Selby and Elizabeth Yetman; daughter, Norma; brother, Randell; brother-in-law, William (Bud) Nichols and nephew, Sandy Nichols; also his loyal companion (Ranger). The family will be receiving family and friends from the hours of 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. on Saturday, June 28th, 2008 and also the same on Sunday, June 29th, 2008 from Parsons Funeral Home, 63 North Main Street, Deer Lake. The funeral service will take place on Monday, June 30th, 2008 at 2 p.m. from St. Michaels and All Angels Anglican Church in Deer Lake with Canon John Meade officiating. Burial to follow at the church cemetery in Deer Lake. The funeral arrangements are under the direction of Parsons Funeral Home, 63 North Main Street, Deer Lake.
