Wife of Cecil Kervin of Irishtown, N.B., passed away on Friday, April 16, 2010 at The Moncton Hospital following a lengthy illness. Born March 21, 1929 in Charlottetown, she was the daughter of the late John and Margaret (Weeks) Lee. Phyllis was employed at Maritime Press prior to her retirement. Besides her beloved husband of 52 years, she will also be sadly missed by her three loving children Helen Melanson (Gary) of Lancaster, Mass., Cecil "Jr." (Denise) and Michael (Jennifer), all of Moncton, five grandchildren Kevin, Vicki, Amanda, Matthew, and Andrew, her brothers and sisters Catherine Murnaghan, Irene Gallant, Bernice Martin, Valerie Maud, Jacky (Noreen) and George (Marion). She is predeceased by two sisters Florence and Margaret and her brothers-in-law Louis, Henry, Maurice and Ivan. The funeral service will be held at Frenette's Funeral Home, 88 Church St., Moncton, on Tuesday, April 20 at 11 a.m. followed by a reception. Interment will be in St. Lawrence O'Toole Cemetery, Irishtown.
