Donald H. 'Duck' Clarke, 65, Orlando, Florida and formerly of Glace Bay, died April 14, 2010 in Health Central Hospital, Florida.
He was born in Glace Bay, a son of William J. and Margaret (McLeod) Clarke.
A long time resident of Orlando, he was founder and president of an engineering equipment supply company. Don was a member of the Masonic Order and was a 32nd degree mason, a past director of ROJ (Royal Order of Jesters) and a member of the Bahai Faith.
He is survived by his wife Melony, son Andrew and step-son Robert, two step-grandchildren Kelsie and Bradley.
Also left to mourn and miss his wonderful sense of humor are brothers, William 'Bud', John 'Jack', James 'Butch' and Ian 'Joe'; sisters Verna, Katherine 'Kay', Ellen, Vida and Virginia 'Ginger'.
Besides his parents, Duck was predeceased by his brothers Neil 'Wimp' and Malcolm 'George' and niece, Kimberly Wareham.
A memorial service will be held in Orlando and a graveside service will take place this summer in St. Lukes Cemetery, Donkin.
