Harold Edwin MONSEBROTENHarold passed away peacefully on Wednesday, April 21, 2010 surrounded by his family. Harold was never a person to be looking for fame or notoriety. Material possessions were not one of his goals for a happy, contented life. He was a quiet, proud independent strong man who was always helping people. His most treasured possessions were his family. Harold is survived by his wife Alma; his daughter Penny (Neal) Hammond & their children Ryan, Wade (Desirae) & their daughter Paisley & Lindsay (Tom); his son Mark (Connie) & his children Megan (Sean), Courtney (Brian) & Bailey; his special sister-in-law Rosie and four brothers and three sisters. He was predeceased by his parents Hans and Sina and an infant brother. At Harold's request there will be no funeral. A Private Family Graveside Service will be held at Prince Albert Memorial Gardens. In lieu of other tributes, memorial donations can be made to CNIB or the Victoria Hospital Foundation. Condolences may be sent to the family at www.grays.ca.
