Passed peacefully away Saturday, April 24th, 2010 - aged 74. She is pre-deceased by her husband James (Jim) and is survived by her children Julie, Billy (Jackie) and Theresa (John). She was a loving grandmother to seven children and great-grandmother to two. She was dearly loved and will be forever remembered by a large family and many friends. Janie sparkled everywhere she went and will be fondly remembered for her contagious laughter, her loving kindness and her generous spirit. She was a precious gift to us all. At her request, there will be no visitation. Services will be held at St. Michael's on Bell Island on Tuesday, April 27, 2010 at 2 p.m.
