Barley, Philip Frank, 49, of Debert, passed away Monday April 26, 2010 surrounded by his family in Colchester Regional Hospital, Truro. Born in Truro, he was a son of Jack and Mary (Smith) Barley of Masstown.
Philip is survived by his wife of 27 years Ann; son Travis (Monique), Masstown, daughter Laura (Craig), Debert; grandchildren Isaac, Sierra, Brayden, Peyton; brothers Steven (Jodie), Jim (Kelly); sisters Pat (Billy Joe), Donna (Mike); several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
No visitation by family request. A graveside service will take place on Friday at 2 pm in the Masstown Cemetery, Masstown, with Rev. Donald MacQueen officiating. In lieu of flowers, donations in memory may be made to the Palliative Care Unit of Colchester Regional Hospital, Truro. Arrangements are under the direction of Mattatall~Varner Funeral Home, 55 Young Street Truro.
