It is with great sadness that the family of the Late James Moore announce his passing at the Bay St. George Long Term Care Centre, Stephenville Crossing on Saturday, April 25, 2009 at the age of 81 years. He will be sadly missed by his loving wife, Julia, his daughter Sharon of Stephenville, his two grandchildren, Alicia of Red Deer, Alberta and James of Stephenville. He also leaves with fond memories his four sisters: Christine (Jerome) Keating of St. John’s, Mercedes Costello and Mary (Robert) Keating, both of Conception Harbour and Alice (Phillip) Healey of Holyrood, along with a large circle of relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his parents James and Catherine Moore, (Conception Harbour) and by his brother-in-law, George Costello (Conception Harbour). Friends may call at Russell’s Funeral Home, 57 Prince Rupert Drive, Stephenville from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. on Monday. Funeral Services will take place on Tuesday, April 28th at 10:00 a.m. from St. Stephens Parish, West Street in Stephenville with Interment in the Hillside Cemetery, Hansen Highway, Stephenville. As expressions of sympathy, in lieu of flowers donations to a charity of one’s choice would be greatly appreciated.
