James "Jim" F. Hale, 67, of Moncton, passed away peacefully at The Moncton Hospital on Wednesday, April 28, 2010. Born in Port Credit, ON, he was the son of the late James W. and Laura LaVerne (Gebhart) Hale. Jim was a former member of the Royal Canadian Navy and former employee of Action Fiberglass. He was a former volunteer with New Brunswick Co-op Housing, was an avid model boat builder, enjoyed watching baseball games and socializing with his family and friends. Jim will be sadly missed by his wife, Melanie (Cudmore) Hale; sons, Shane Cudmore (Kelly), Saint John, James "Jamie" Bell; grandchildren, Garrett and Grace; beloved four-legged companion, "Dreyfuss"; sister, Anita Hardison (Edward), Ontario; several nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his sister, Carol. Sharing of Memories and Celebration of Life for Jim at Ferguson Knowles Funeral Home Reception Centre, 1657 Mountain Road, Moncton (858-1995), Sunday, May 2, 2010, 2 to 4 pm.
