Freeman Donald Howe passed away at Ridgewood Veterans Wing on Thursday April 29, 2010. Born on April 1, 1926 in the Miramichi, Freeman served in the Merchant Navy during the Second World War. Throughout his life he worked in High Level construction including such projects as the CN Tower and the World Trade Center, and lived the later part of his life in Saint John. No visiting by request; a memorial service will be held on Monday, May 3, 2010, at eleven o'clock at Liberty Lane in the Ridgewood Veterans Wing.
