1932 - 2010

John Sano passed away peacefully on April 22, 2010 at the Marjorie Willoughby Snowden Hospice Home in Kamloops with his loving family by his side.

John is survived by his son Robert (Kelly) Sano of Calgary and daughter Roberta Friars of Edmonton, his grandchildren; Meghan and Sean Sano, Derek, James, and Mitchell Friars, his brother Peter (Jean) Sano and family, and John's four legged companion Mya.
John was predeceased by his wife Miyo in 1999.

John spent 50 years as a Master Builder and General Contractor in Princeton and the BC Interior. John will be fondly remembered by all his family and friends.

A Celebration of John's Life will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Saturday, May 8th, 2010 in the Chapel of Personal Alternative Funeral Services in Kamloops, 177 Tranquille Rd.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Marjorie Willoughby Snowden Hospice Home, 72 Whiteshield Cr. South, Kamloops, BC, V2E 2S9.
