ABBOTT, Robert Newman- Bob passed away on Friday, April 23, 2010 after a lengthy battle with Alzheimer's Disease, at the age of 68. Predeceased by his parents John (1981) and Alice (1993). He is survived by his partner, six sisters, three brothers, as well as a wide circle of other relatives and friends in Newfoundland and Labrador, mainland Canada and the Netherlands. Cremation has taken place. No visitation. Memorial Service on Friday, May 7, at 12 noon from Caul's Chapel. Donations in Bob's memory may be made to the Alzheimer's Society of St. John's.
