DAY, Robert (Cal) - It is with deep sadness we announce the passing of a loving husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather, Robert Calvin Day, age 80. Passed peacefully into the arms of God with his family by his side on Tuesday, April 27th, 2010 at the Health Sciences Centre. Predeceased by his father Mark, mother Eugenie, and brother Macpherson. Leaving to mourn wife Mamie, brother Austin Day (Shirley); children: Jacqueline Nurse (Nœl) and Robert Day (June); grandchildren Andrea Nolan (CJ) and Nicholas Nurse; his pride and joy, his great-grandchildren Nathan and Emma; and nephew Mac, Keith and Jeff Day. Also special sister-in-law Fern Bowden. Special thanks to Drs. Porter, Norman, Rorke and the nursing staff and the attending physicians at the Cardiac Critical Care Unit.
