Passed peacefully away on Monday, May 3, 2010, at the Palliative Care Unit, L.A. Miller Centre, Ruth Elizabeth Meger-Murray, in her 73rd year. Predeceased by her first husband Tony Murray in 1999 and parents Eben and Florence Spurrell. Leaving to mourn her husband Joseph; two sons: Tony (Pamela) Murray and Craig (Heather) Murray and one precious grandson Alex Murray; also one stepdaughter Lucia Meger and step-granddaughter Kamilka; three sisters: Margaret Tipple, Jean Snelgrove and Catherine Spurrell; leaving as well an extended family in Poland and the Murray family in St. John's; also other relatives and very dear neighbours and friends. Resting at Barrett's Funeral Home, 328 Hamilton Avenue on Tuesday and Wednesday from 2 p.m. - 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. - 9 p.m. Funeral service 2 p.m. on Thursday, May 6, 2010, from Barrett's Chapel.
