Passed peacefully away at the L.A. Miller Centre Palliative Care Unit on Tuesday, May 4, 2010, Eric Douglas Miller, aged 88 years, Royal Navy Veteran of WWII. Leaving to mourn his wife Agatha; six children: Donna (Bill) March, Mary (George) Upshall, Karen (Bob) Pitcher, Rick (Brenda) Miller, Yvonne (Ken) Larson and Elaine (Jim) McCaw; nine grandchildren: Cory, Erica, Kim, Alison, Danielle, Stephanie, Tina, Katrina and Colette; three great-grandchildren: Autumn, Jaeden and Mya; as well as other relatives and friends. Resting at Caul's Funeral Home, LeMarchant Road. Visitation on Thursday from 2 p.m. - 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. - 9 p.m. Funeral Service will take place on Friday, May 7, 2010, at 2 p.m. from Caul's Chapel. Interment to follow at Mount Pleasant Cemetery, Field of Honour. In lieu of flowers donations may be made in his memory to the Heart and Stroke, Dr. H. Bliss Murphy Cancer Care Foundation or to a charity of one's choice.
