It is with great sadness that the family of the late Margaret Felix announce her passing at the Sir Thomas Roddick Hospital in Stephenville on Thursday, May 13, 2010 at the age of 87 years. She will be sadly missed by her four daughters: Annie (Howard) Young of Port au Port, Hilda (Reg) Brake of Corner Brook, Patsy DeLodder of Stephenville, Verna (Ambrose) Doucette of Port au Port, three brothers: Joseph Benoit of Stephenville, Matthew (Edna) Benoit of Stephenville, Francis Benoit of Piccadilly, three sisters: Mary Benoit of Prince Edward Island, Yvonne (Harry) Hodder of Stephenville, Pauline Hinks of Prince Edward Island, 28 grandchildren, 34 great-grandchildren, 3 great-great-granddaughters as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her husband, Baptiste Felix, daughter Mary Conran, sons, Alphonsus, Raymond and Lawrence Felix. Friends may call at the Maria Regina Parish in Port au Port East on Saturday and Sunday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Service will take place on Monday, May 17th at 11:00 a.m. at the Maria Regina Parish, Port au Port East with Interment in the Roman Catholic Cemetery in Winterhouses. As expressions of sympathy, flowers are graciously accepted. Funeral arrangements are under the supervision of Russell's Funeral Home, Stephenville.
