Passed peacefully away at the Carbonear General Hospital on Saturday, May 15, 2010, Reginald W. Slade of Salmon Cove, age 63 years. Predeceased by parents: Warrick and Vida; sister-in-law: Anne Marie Diamond. Leaving to mourn, wife: Andrea; two sons: Douglas (Lori Cole), Victoria and Dennis (Jillian Squibb), Salmon Cove; two brothers: Ed (Linda), Western Bay and Boyd (Cynthia), Calgary, AB; two sisters: Linda Gallant (Richard), Shediac, NB and Barbara (Woodrow) Clarke, Victoria; two sisters-in-law: Linda (Jim) Snow, Harbour Grace and Alvina (Elvis) Hopkins, Carbonear; six brothers-in-law: Dave (Barb) Slade, Carter (Amelia) Slade, Winston (Florence) Slade, Rex (Ada) Slade, Allan Oates and Ike Diamond, all of Salmon Cove; also a large number of other relatives and friends.
