It is with great sadness that the family of the late Grace Monica French announce her passing at the Interfaith Home, Corner Brook at the age of 83 years on Thursday, May 20th, 2010. She is predeceased by her husband, Walter French (1986) and her daughter Linda French (2009). Lovingly remembered by her children; Yvonne (Fred) Robertson of Stephenville, Peter and Norma French of St. John's, Sharon and Ken Wright of Ontario, Ernest and Carol French of Alberta, Marion and Ron Dennis of Ontario, Thomas and Laura French of Corner Brook, Walter and Cindy French of Pasadena, Rose Mary and Edward Chafe of Corner Brook, Dave French of Pasadena, Eugene and Mary French of Corner Brook, Darren and Kelly French of Pasadena, Danielle and Brad Elliott of Corner Brook and Kenneth and Dana French of Conception Bay, Grandchildren; Rachel (Jim) Leonard, Fred (Catherine) Robertson, Peter (Rhonda) French, Darryl (Nicole) French, Michelle (Ed) French, Colin (Danette) Wright, Dave (Lisa) French, Ernest (Bonnie) French, Amanda (Dale) Gendron, Tammy (Jon) Stoffelsen, Michael (Deena) Dennis, Kayla and Keisha French, Christopher Hall, Taylor and Stephen French, Ashley (Michael) Chafe, Lindsey Chafe, Adam French, Aimee French, Emily French, Sarah and Jake Elliott, Emma and Gabriel French, and 19 great grandchildren as well as a large number of nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends. Funeral services will take place Saturday, May 22nd, 2010, 10 a.m. at Country Haven Funeral Home Chapel 167 Country Road with Father Leonard officiating. Interment to follow at Mount Patricia Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, in lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
