The death of Madeline Christina Fougere (Shute) occurred on May 20, 2010 at the Saint John Regional Hospital. Born on April 21, 1921 in Sheffield, N.B. She was the daughter of Stilson Shute and Millie Beek. Madeline was predeceased by her husband George Joseph Fougere (2005) and is survived by six, children: Mary Lounton, Lilly, Gary, Donald (Katherine), David (Elizabeth) and Debbie. She was also blessed with many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
According to Madeline's wishes there will be no visitation. If desired, donations may be made to the I.W.K. Children's Hospital Fund. A private family interment service will be held at a future date.
