KENNY, Mary Ann (Thomas) — Passed peacefully away at home on Friday, May 8, 2009, Mary Ann Kenny, aged 92 years. Predeceased by her husband William B. Kenny, mother Hanorah Thomas, and her children Rosalind, Douglas, Phyllis, Joseph and Patricia, and her sister Anastasia Murphy. Leaving to mourn her loving children, John (Shelia), Jeanette (Donald Walker), Douglas, Gwenette (David Billard), Gene (Edwina), and Delano (Cynthia), and brother Joseph Hickey; daughter-in-law Ruth; son-in-law George Fardy; sister-in-law Christine Hendry, nieces Mary and Monica; nephew Edward. Also leaving to mourn her loving grandchildren Glen, Dean, Tara, Cheryl, Paul, Jill, Calla, Lynn, Joann, Stacey, Mikki and Billy. As well as 10 great-grandchildren as well as a large number of other relatives and friends. Resting at Carnell’s Funeral Home, 329 Freshwater Road on Sunday and Monday from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. Funeral service from Mary Queen of Peace, Torbay Road, at a time to be announced.
