Warren (Joe) Donald Loree passed away on Monday, May 24, 2010 at the "Briarlea" Seniors Residence, Moncton. Born March 28, 1933 in Roland, Manitoba, he was the son of the late Maxwell and Isabelle (McLaren) Loree. Joe spent his working career in the trucking business. From 1960 to 1972, he owned and operated Warren Loree Transport Ltd. From 1972 to 1988, Joe was co-owner of Hay River Truck Lines Ltd. hauling general merchandise from Edmonton, Alberta to the Northwest Territories. In 1988, Joe operated Warren Loree Transport hauling gas pipeline until 1995. Joe will be sadly missed by his sister Jane, brothers Calvyn (Rosemarie) and Dwight (Barbara) and many nephews and nieces. Joe was predeceased by his beloved wife, Veronica (Hanusiak) of forty three years and brothers Gregory and James.
No visitation by request. A funeral service will be held at Frenette's Funeral Home, Church Street, Moncton on Wednesday, June 2, 2010 at 1:00 p.m. Interment will be in Grande-Digue Cemetery following the funeral service. A donation, in Joe's memory, to St. Bernard's Roman Catholic Church (Elevator Fund) would be greatly appreciated. The family would like to thank the staff of the "Briarlea" Seniors Home for their kindness and wonderful care during Joe's stay with them.
