It is with great sadness that the family of the late Clifford Woodrow “Tom” Guy announces his passing in Brampton, Ontario on May 7, 2009 at the age of 76 years. He leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories, his wife of 53 years; Mary (nee Murphy), daughter; Patricia of Cox’s Cove, NL, sons; Douglas (Uli) of Burton, NB, Robert (Kim) of Winnipeg, MB and Alan (Ellen) of Brampton, ON; 7 grandchildren; Eddy, Heather, Jennifer, Bianca, Jeffrey, Terry-Lynn, and Christopher, 4 great grandchildren; Thomas, Hailey, Drew, and Evan, brothers; Frank (Merla), Kevin (Joan), David (Betty), Eugene (Sheila), Jim (June), Gerry (Marion), Larry, Wilfred (Marilyn), and sisters; Joan Dicks, Judy Rumbolt (Gerald), Diane Hatcher (Alex). He was pre deceased by his parents Claude and Rita, brothers; Clarence, Claude Jr. and Edward. Friends and family may visit Country Haven Funeral Home 167 Country Road on Tuesday, May 12, 2009 from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. A memorial service will take place on Wednesday, May 13, 2009 at 2 p.m. at Country Haven Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Kathy Brett officiating. Interment to follow at Mount Patricia Cemetery.  As expressions of sympathy, flowers are gracefully accepted or donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
