The death occurred at the Garden Home on Saturday, May 9, 2009, of Mary L. Vessey (nee Jenkins) of York, age 92 years. Beloved wife of the late Lloyd Vessey. Dear mother of Ferne (David) MacPhail, Gordon (Ethel) and Lowell (Mary Lou). Survived by 10 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren. Daughter of the late Laura and Earl Jenkins. Sister of the late Elva (Vaughan) Murphy, Winston (Lil) Jenkins and Alecia (Harvey) Coles. Survived by sister-in-law, Leitha Vessey. Predeceased by brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Louis Vessey and Raymond (Evelyn) Vessey, Irene (Clifford) Chandler. Resting at MacLean Funeral Home Swan Chapel.
