Passed peacefully away at St. Clare’s Mercy Hospital on May 12, 2009. Barbara Offspring, age 93 years. Predeceased by her husband George Leo (1991) and son Robert (2008). Leaving to mourn her sons: John (Karen) and Leo; granddaughter Kimberly; sister Rose and sisters-in-law: Rita and Ruby and their families. As well as a large number of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. A heartfelt thank you to the Doctors, nurses and staff at 7 West, St. Clare’s Mercy Hospital. Resting at Caul’s Funeral Home, LeMarchant Road. Visitation will take place on Wednesday from 7 p.m. - 9 p.m. and on Thursday from 12 noon - 4 p.m. Cremation to follow. Funeral Mass will take place on Friday, May 15, 2009 at 9:30 a.m. from St. Patrick’s Church. In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to St. Patrick’s Parish or Dr. H. Bliss Murphy Cancer Centre.
