The death of Beatrice "Betty" Henderson loving wife of Joseph Henderson occurred on Saturday, June 5, 2010 at the Saint John regional Hospital. Born 1933 in Saint John she was the daughter of the late Harold and Eva (Wright) Cathline. Besides her husband Joseph, she is survived by her son Barry of Saint John; daughter Colleen Henderson, husband Serge Vivier of Saint John; sisters Carol Cathline and Linda, husband Norman White both of Saint John; grandchildren Matthew and Sara Stranach; great-grandchild Ethan Stranach; several nieces and nephews. Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her brother Malcolm Cathline, and sister Donna Scott.
Arrangements are under the direction of Fundy Funeral Home, 230 Westmorland Rd. Saint John (646-2424). By request there will be no visitation. Graveside service will be held at Ocean View Memorial Gardens on Tuesday, June 8, 2010 at 2 pm, with a reception to follow at Fundy Funeral Home reception area.
