Wes Legrow of Harvey Station, NB., formerly of Bauline NL. passed away peacefully at Ridgewood Veterans Wing Saint John, NB. on June 10th, 2010. Wes was born in Bauline, NL. on May 31st, 1924 son of the late Henry and Lavina (Mercer) Legrow. He was a veteran of WW II and the Korean War. Wes will be sadly missed by his children; Joyce (Rod) MacKay of Ottawa Ont., Lloyd (Margaret) of Edmonton AB., Maxine Howard of Saint John, Beverly (Wolfgang) Wolfe of Comox BC., Cathy (Darald) Legrow Haley of Barrie Ont., brother, Mark of Gander NL. and his sister Laura (Bert) Butler of Bauline NL. He is also survived by his eight grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Resting at Castle "Fallsview" Funeral Home 309 Lancaster Ave. Saint John West (634-1701) with visitation on Tuesday, June 15th from 7 to 9 pm. A Tribute to a Veteran Service will be held at 7:00 on Tuesday as well. The funeral service will be held on Wednesday at 3:00 p.m. Interment will be take place at a later date.
