Passed away peacefully at her home in Newmarket, Ontario, on Sunday, December 21, 2008, in her 79th year after a long battle with cancer. Loving wife of Dave. Beloved mother of Mary Jane and Susan and her husband Bruce. Very proud grandmother of Eliza Jane and Caroline. Loving sister of Jane, Mary, Bernice and Dunelda. Predeceased by her parents, Katherine and Duncan; and her brothers, Hugh, Colin, Oswald and Orman. Elizabeth was a successful thoroughbred horse breeder with her stable Lady Slipper Farm. A graveside service will be held at Argyle Shore Cemetery, P.E.I., on Saturday, May 23, 2009, at 2 p.m.
