Passed to his eternal rest on Thursday, May 14, 2009, surrounded by his loving family, Jim Griffin of Colliers, age 73 years. Predeceased by his wife Bride; his parents Alice and John; his brother Kevin and his stepfather Fred. Left with fond and loving memories are his sisters: Mary, Marie and Jean; his brothers: Richard and Patrick; his partner Christine and her family Johnothan, Justyna and Austin. Also his numerous nieces and nephews in Newfoundland and Ontario; his buddy Teddy and his many friends in Colliers. Resting at Conway’s Funeral Home, Conception Hr. Friday 10 a.m. - 9 p.m., Saturday 10 a.m. - 1:15 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial Saturday at 1:30 p.m. at Immaculate Conception Church, Colliers. Interment to follow at Immaculate Conception Cemetery.
