(1943-2010) - COCAGNE, NB - Eloi Ouellette 67, of Cocagne passed away peacefully at the Dr. Georges-L. Dumont Regional Hospital on Sunday, June 20th, 2010. Born in St. Ignace and residing most of his life in Laketon he was the son of the late Michel and Annie (Hébert) Ouellette. Eloi will be sadly miss by his wife; Mildred (Hébert) Ouellette, one daughter; Chantal Ouellette (Regent Gallant) of St. Louis, one son; Daniel Ouellette (Carole) of Cormierville, four grandchildren; Samuel, Randy, Jacob and Ashley, one sister; Marianne Chevarie of St. Louis, one brother; Dolphee Ouellette (Edith) of Laketon and many nieces and nephews. Eloi was predeceased by one son; Regilles Ouellette, one sister; Eugenie Jones; three brothers; Gérard Ouellette, Joseph Ouellette, and Pierre Hébert.
Resting at Thompson Memorial Home, St. Louis de Kent with visitation on Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9, Wednesday at 2:00 pm until departure for the funeral. A Funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, June 23rd, 2010 at 4:00 pm, St. James Roman Catholic Church, Kouchibouguac. Interment will be in the parish cemetery.
