The death occurred very peacefully at the Summerset Manor, Summerside, surrounded by her family, on Sunday, May 17, 2009, of Carmella LeClair, dear sister of Hermine Arsenault of Urbainville, at the age of 85 years. She is the daughter of the late Michel and Dina (nee Gallant) LeClair. She is survived by her only sister Hermine Arsenault and nephews and nieces Melvin (Karen), Eric (Francine), Albert, Louise (Alfred), Claude (Paula), Paul (Anna), Juliette (Dick), Daniel and Marcel (Sharon). Carmella was also the great-aunt of 13 nieces and nephews. Besides her parents, she was predeceased by a brother-in-law Leo Arsenault. Resting at the Evangeline Funeral Home until Wednesday, then to St. Philippe et St. Jacques Church for funeral mass at 4 p.m. Visitors, friends and relatives will be received on Tuesday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. As an expression of sympathy, memorial donation to a charity of your choice would be greatly appreciated. Interment will be in the church cemetery.
