1959 - 2010 - Annette Carter passed away peacefully at the Dr. Georges-L. Dumont Hospital on Saturday, June 26, 2010. Born in Moncton, daughter of John and Vicky (Mills) Richard. She will be sadly missed by her husband of 17 years, John Carter, two daughters, Judy and Lindsay. She is also survived by her father-in-law, Howard (Betty Ringham), two brothers Danny (Janice) and Paul (Melissa), many aunts, uncles and cousins. Annette spent many hours this past year practicing her music getting ready to perform and attend in many music venues for the Relay of Life. She was also a recorded performer with the band Les Jigeu, but her greatest passion was for her family. Memorial donations in Annette's memory may be made to the family or the Canadian Cancer Society. Resting at Fair Haven Funeral Home with visitation on Wednesday June 30, 2010 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm. A funeral service will be held at Notre Dame de Grace RC Church on Thursday, July 1, 2010 at 10:30 am followed by a reception in the church hall.
