1931 - 2010 - Thérèse Maillet, 78 of Saint-Paul de Kent passed away on Saturday, July 3rd, 2010 at the Dr Georges L Dumont Hospital, Moncton. She was married to Alonzo Maillet. Born in Saint-Paul on October 15th, 1931, she was the daughter of the late Amand and the late Elmire (Robichaud) Gaudet. She will be sadly missed by her husband Alonzo, her five children, Yvette LeBlanc (Yvon) of Saint-Paul, Noella Maillet of Westminster, Mass, Nicole Gautreau (Vincent) of Dieppe, Donald, and Gilles (Marie) both of Saint-Paul, five grandchildren, and five great grandchildren. She also leaves to mourn four sisters, Dorice Léger (Lionel) of Moncton, Rita Maillet (Camille) of Westminster, Mass, Bernice Cormier (Alcide) of Saint Augustin, QC, Odette Gaudet of Gardner, Mass, three brothers, Yvon (Colombe) of Oromocto, Albéo of Saint-Paul, Armand (Catherine) of Bouctouche, and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by one sister in infancy Marie, and four brothers, Philias, Ovila, Guy and Oscar.
Visitations will be held at the Saint-Paul de Kent Roman Catholic Church Slumber Room, Saint-Paul on Monday, July 5th, from 7 to 9 and Tuesday from 9 to 10:45am. Funeral Mass will be held at the Saint-Paul de Kent Church on Tuesday, July 6th 2010 at 11:00 am. Interment will be in the parish cemetery. In Thérèse's memory donations can be made to the Dr Georges L Dumont Hospital Foundation (Cardiology or nephrology unit). Funeral arrangements are in the professional care of Maillet Funeral Home, Bouctouche.
