Mary "Emma" Dauphine Wallace of West Saint John, Randolph, NB. passed away peacefully at Saint John Regional Hospital on July 7th, 2010. Emma was born in Anselme, NB. on March 23rd, 1923, she was the daughter of the late Joseph Améde LeBlanc and MaryAnn Wallace and wife of the late Joseph "Gerald" Frederick Wallace.
Emma will be sadly missed by her sons; Henry (Marie) Wallace, Gordon (Doris) Wallace, J. Brian Wallace, Paul (Cathy) Wallace, daughters; Janet (Rufin) Maillet, Linda (Wesley) Levesque and MaryAnn (Charles) Speight, brothers; Maurice (Rita) LeBlanc, Emile LeBlanc and her sister, Theresa Wallace. She is also survived by her ten grandchildren; Sarah Speight, C.J. Speight, Josh Speight, Wesley (Jolene) Levesque, Jeremiah Levesque, Gerry (Lisa) Wallace, Michael Wallace, Jason (Sarah) Wallace, Tanya (Stephen) Boyer, Jamie Connelly, five great-grandchildren; Abilgail Robichaud, Tyson Levesque, Madyson Boyer, Kayla Wallace, Serena Wallace and several nieces and nephews. Aside from her husband and parents Emma was predeceased by her daughter Doris (Wallace) Connelly, her brothers Willie LeBlanc, Clarence LeBlanc, Amède LeBlanc, Raymond LeBlanc, George (Cecile) LeBlanc, Gerald LeBlanc and her sisters Sarah Jeannie LeBlanc, Dorothy LeBlanc, Bernice Phillips and Margaret Gallant.
Resting at Castle "Fallsview" Funeral Home 309 Lancaster Ave. Saint John West (634-1701) with visiting on Saturday 7 to 9 and Sunday 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday at 11:00 a.m. at St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church with reception following interment at Denis Morris Community Centre.
