RODGERS, Edith Blanche (nee Churchill)– Passed peacefully away at St. Clare’s Hospital on Wednesday, October 1, 2008, Edith Blanche Rodgers, aged 93 years. Predeceased by her husband Charles and son Brook. Leaving to mourn daughters: Gail Ivany (predeceased Jim) and Rhonda Price (Robert); son Fraser (Jacinta); four grandchildren: Andrew, Tina, Nancy and Bethany; daughter-in-law Ginny Rodgers; special pet Elvis; other relatives and friends. Resting at Carnell’s Funeral Home, 329 Freshwater Road. Visitation from 2-9 p.m. Friday, October 3rd. Funeral service on Saturday, October 4, 2008 at 4:30 p.m. from St. Thomas’ Anglican Church. Interment to follow in the Anglican Cemetery, Kenmount Road. In lieu of flowers, donations in Blanche’s memory may be made to Saint Luke’s Homes.
