Brody Murray, 9, of Moncton, with his loving family at his side, passed away peacefully at the Moncton Hospital on Saturday, July 17, 2010. Born in Moncton, he was the son of April Murray and Chris King of Moncton. Brody was a grade 4 student at Arnold H. MacLeod School and was an avid swimmer, enjoyed playing soccer, basketball, video games and spending time with his friends and family. In addition to his parents, April and Chris, Brody will be sadly missed by his sister, Chloe-Marie; brothers, Aidan and Chad; grand parents, Mary Lou Keirstead, Quispamsis, Raymond King, ON, Tom Buote (Anette) and Linda Williams (Billy), all of Moncton; great grandmothers, Thelma Keirstead, Quispamsis, Dorothy King, ON, Travis Buote, Weisner, NB; several aunts, uncles and cousins. He was predeceased by his grandfather, Stanley Murray and great grandfather, Matt Buote.
Visitation at Ferguson Knowles Funeral Home, 1657 Mountain Road, Moncton (858-1995), Tuesday 2 to 4pm and 7 to 9pm. Funeral Service will be held at Ferguson Knowles Funeral Home Chapel, Wednesday, July 21, 2010, 1:30pm. Rev. Dr. Philip Griffin-Allwood officiating. Reception in the Funeral Home Reception Centre following the service. Interment, Elmwood Cemetery.
