
Flora Booth
BOOTH - Flora Elizabeth (Whyman) passed away peacefully, surrounded by her loved ones, July 14, 2010, in Swift Current, SK. She was born August 15, 1925, in St. Walburg, SK, to Philip and Christina Whyman. She married her eternal companion Bruce, Moyer, Booth on October 11, 1952. She was a long time active member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints; serving in many capacities, she had a particular interest in Family History and Genealogy. She was predeceased by her parents and only sibling, Ronald Whyman. She will be dearly missed by her children and is survived by Kurt (Eileen), Ron, Bruce K. (Alison) and Kristofer (Kary) and her grandchildren: Oliver (Jackie), Austin, Mary; Emily, Carla, Brian, Lance, Gavin; Gillian, Ian, Claire; Kayden and Brae; and nieces and nephew. Flora was extremely active with a long list of projects on the go which included quilting, family history and other projects. Flora had a most gracious and giving spirit, and encouraged all with an optimistic and eternal perspective. She was genuinely interested in people and made all feel special and cared for, she has made an eternal impact on the lives she touched, and will be remembered fondly by all that she knew.
