It is with great sadness that the family of the late Christina Vincent (nee Collier) announce her passing at Western Memorial Regional Hospital in Corner Brook, NL on Thursday, July 22, 2010, in her 76th year. She is predeceased by her parents, James and Mary Collier; her sister, Alice Collier and her brothers: Owen, Alolysus, Alphonsus and James. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories, her sisters: Rose Benoit, Aggie Benoit, Fan Cox and Madge Green; her loving and devoted husband Arthur of 57 years; her 13 children: Mary (Eric) Humber, Ellen (Derrick) Doromody, Ruby (the late William) O'Keefe, Arthur Jr. (Mary) Vincent, Bonnie (Jerome) Evoy, Elaine (Rodney) Park, Roseanne (Floyd) Albert, Louise (Harold) Revells, James (Judy) Vincent, Frank (Cynthia) Vincent, Terry (Wanda) Vincent, Nancy Vincent (Dan) and Tracy (Dean) Sheppard; her 25 grandchildren and her 21 great-grandchildren. She will also be missed by a large number of nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. Visitation will take place at Country Haven Funeral Home in Corner Brook on Saturday, July 24, 2010 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. and Sunday, July 25, 2010 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral service will take place at Our Lady Star of the Sea, Benoit's Cove, on Monday July 26, 2010 at 10:30 a.m. with Father Bernard Buckle officiating. Cremation to follow. Interment will take place at a later date. As expressions of sympathy, flowers are graciously accepted or memorial donations may be made to a charity of one's choice.
