DULCY BLANCHE HENSTRIDGE

1922 - 2010





It is with great sadness that the family of the late Dulcy Blanche Henstridge announces her passing at the Valley Vista Seniors Home in Springdale on July 16, 2010 at the age of 87. Dulcy was a member of the Salvation Army Corps in Triton. Predeceased by husband, Nelson; parents, James and Susie Lush; two brothers, Willis and Albert and sister, Lulu. Left with fond and loving memories are her sons: Lorne (Bernice) of Triton, Woodrow (Violet) of Triton, Lawrence (Sharon) of Triton; daughters: Vivian Fudge of Triton, Patsy (Hayward) Fudge of Brighton and Lovejoy (Joe) Winsor of Triton. Also leaving to mourn sister, Rowena Henstridge; brother, Joseph (Linda) Lush , Willie (Maisie)Rodgers, 17 grandchildren, 24 great grandchildren and other relatives and friends. Majors Larry and Phyllis Fudge conducted the funeral service from the Salvation Army Citadel in Triton on Monday, July 19, 2010. Interment was at the Triton Community Cemetery. Pallbearers were her grandchildren; Stacey, Leroy, Desmond, Jeremy, Peter and Vickie. Funeral arrangements were entrusted to Ken Goodyear and Marilyn Stuckless of Central Funeral Homes.
