GRIFFITHS, Donald Berton - 74, Edmonton, Alberta, formerly of Truro, passed away Sunday, June 13, 2010, at his home in Edmonton. Born in Truro, he was a son of the late Robert "Bert" Griffiths and Opal (White, Griffiths) Tattrie. He retired from RCAF and then worked as a horse rancher in Edmonton. Donald leaves behind his wife of 41 years, Evelyn; step-daughters, Terri Beaton, Colleen Caspowe, all of Alberta; sister, June (Randy) Cox, Truro; many nieces and nephews. Along with his parents, he was predeceased by his brothers, John Henry "Jack", Joseph Evans; sister, Jane Lee Uhren. Don will be interred in Terrace Hill Cemetery beside his mom. He will be greatly missed for that deep laugh and sparkling blue eyes. His two friends from younger years, will miss their sidekick as part of "The Three Muskateers".
