1924 - 2010 - Malcolm "Mack" Buchanan husband of Geraldine of Moncton, passed away peacefully on Saturday, July 31st, 2010. Born in Regina, he was the son of the late William and Susan Buchanan. Mack retired from Butternut Bakeries following 44 years of service. He loved to work in his garden and spending time with his family and many friends. Mack was President of the Eastern Canada Association of the Deaf for many years. He is survived by his wife of 64 years, Geraldine "Gerry", sons Terry (Kathleen), Alan (Marilyn), George (Brenda), daughters Doreen, Judy (Ken Wareham), grandchildren Scott, Troy, Marcus, Adam, Lyndsay and Jenna, great grandchild, Finn and several nieces and nephews.
Resting at Fair Haven Funeral Home with visitation on Tuesday, August 3rd, from 7 to 9 pm. The funeral service will be held in the chapel of the funeral home at 11:00 am on Wednesday, August 4th, Father Yvon Arsenault presiding. Memorial donations to the charity of choice would be greatly appreciated. Interment in Fair Haven Memorial Gardens.
