It is with great sadness the family announces the sudden passing of our precious mom, Agnes Frances Humby on Sunday, August 1st, 2010 at St. Clares's Mercy Hospital. Agnes Humby age 81 years. Predeceased by her dearly loved son Gerald (Dick) Humby (2004); husband William Humby (1976); parents George and Sarah Gushue; son-in-law Al Rosenow; special friend Austin Dinn (2001); sisters Mary Escott (Mark), Josephine Lewis (Jim), Noreen Hickey; brothers Jack and George. Leaving to mourn son John Humby; daughters May Rosenow, Margie (Vince Hedges), Cathy (Moe Taylor); special daughter-in-law Patricia Humby; seven very dear and special grandchildren who were mom's pride and joy Paul, Jason and Kelly (David Gosse) Hedges, Nicole, Brian and Christa Humby and Adam Taylor; sisters Alice Clairmont (Fred), Sara Fitzpatrick (Leo), Catherine Conway (George) and Madeline Lewis; brothers Dick (Maude), Francis (Shelia), Pat (Laura), Bill (Mary), Gordon (Catherine) and Len (Ann Marie); sister-in-law Kay; also special extended relatives of the Dinn, O'Brien and Lewis families and a large circle of other relatives and friends. Resting at Caul's Funeral Home, LeMarchant Road. Visitation on Monday from 7 p.m. - 9 p.m. and Tuesday from 10 a.m. - 9 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will take place on Wednesday, August 4th, 2010 at 10:30 a.m. from St. Teresa's Church. Interment to follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. Flowers gratefully accepted or donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or The Dr. H. Bliss Murphy Cancer Care Foundation.
