The family announces the peaceful passing of Peggy Farrell, on Friday May 29, 2009, at the QEII, Halifax.
Born in Christmas Island, Cape Breton, she was the daughter of the late John and Cecilia (MacLean) Farrell.
Peggy was a devoted mother to her children, Brad and Tiffany, and a loving partner to Roger Covin.
She will be sadly missed by her siblings, Cathy (Malcolm), Dan, Johnny (Betty), Mary Jo (Malkie), Lennie (Ann), Anne Marie, Angie, Marion (Sandy), Irene (Dan), Roddie (Gayle), Lexie (Norman) and Foncie (Mary), as well as many nieces and nephews.
Peggy was predeceased by her sister, Lizzie and her brother Neil.
Funeral arrangements for Peggy will be announced in Monday\'s edition of the Cape Breton Post.
