Albert Vincent Morgan, loving husband of Darlene Ida Clara (Sharpe) Morgan peacefully passed on Wednesday, August 18, 2010 at the Saint John Regional Hospital. Born in Upper Hainesville, New Brunswick (April 3, 1945) he was the son of Rachel Gearldine (Haines) Brooks and the late Shirley Albert Morgan. He will be greatly missed by Irvine Amber Brooks, his 'Dad'. Albert served for more than 12 years with the Saint John Ability Advisory Committee, and was also a proud IBEW member. Besides his loving wife Darlene, he is survived by his sons Andrew Albert Morgan (Ann Katherine McRuvie) of Bolton, Ontario and Michael Ian Morgan of Saint John; granddaughter Bronwyn Faith Morgan; sister Deborah Follett (Larry); brothers Ronald (Darlene), Ian (Terry) and Stephen (Natalie) Morgan; many cousins and several nieces and nephews.
Albert is resting at Fundy Funeral Home (230 Westmorland Road, Saint John: 646-2424). Viewing hours are Friday, August 20, 2010 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. The memorial will be held at their chapel on Saturday, August 21, 2010 at 11 a.m. Interment follows in Fernhill Cemetery.
