At the Saint John Regional Hospital, August 19, 2010, Mrs. Josephine Chase of Wapske passed away at the age of 70. She was the wife of Beverley Chase. Born at Plaster Rock in 1940, she was a daughter of the late Ernie and Cassie Daye. She is survived by her husband, one daughter, Barbara Bourgoin (Edgar) of Wapske, one son, Kevin (Dawn) of Plaster Rock, grandson Hayden Chase, two sisters, Ernestine Levesque of New Denmark and Avis Levesque of Wapske, nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by an infant son, Dennis, two brothers, Bill and Murray, two sisters, Vada and Geraldine.
Resting at Grace Free Will Baptist Church, Plaster Rock with visiting hours Saturday, August 21st from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Her funeral service will be held Saturday at 1 p.m. from the church with Michael and Tammy Chase officiating.
