Passed peacefully away on August 21st, 2010, at the Health Sciences Centre, Edna Eddy, aged 88 years. Predeceased by husband Bert and son Bert (Jr), brothers: Robert, William and Walter and sister Helen; as well as son-in-law Robert Tucker. Left to mourn daughters: Margaret Tucker (Friend Gerald), Ruth Hawley (Bill), Katherine Sparkes (Gerald), Jean Stacey (Robert) and Phyllis Carrigan (Mike), sons: Harold (Dorothy) Donald, Barry (Sherry) and daughter-in-law Mary Eddy. 23 grandchildren and 25 great-grandchildren, sister Margaret Connors, sister-in-law Rita Norman, special niece Helen Lamb; as well as a large circle of nephews, nieces, family and friends. Resting at Carnells Funeral Home, 329 Freshwater Rd. on Monday and Tuesday from 10:00 a.m.-9:00 p.m. Funeral service to take place from St. Philip's Anglian Church on Wednesday at 2:00 p.m. with interment to follow at the Anglican Cemetery, Kenmount Rd.
