Mary "Theresa" Moore of Saint John, formerly of Newcastle, passed away on Tuesday, August 31, 2010, at home in Saint John. Born October 26, 1928 in St. Leonard, New Brunswick, she was a daughter of the late Michael James and Mary (Munn) McCafferty. Theresa was a member of St. John the Baptist Church, Saint John. Surviving are her son, Harold (Joy) Moore, Miramichi; grandchildren, Harold Jr. (Natasha), Toronto; Kelly (Greg) Dennis, Miramichi; Sarah, Fredericton; great grandson, Tyler Dennis; sisters, Inez, Glendine, Bonita and Marie.
Resting at Brenan's Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John (634-7424), with visiting on Friday, from 1 to 3 PM. The funeral service will be held from Brenan's Chapel on Friday, September 3, 2010 at 4 p.m. Interment will take place in St. Mary's Cemetery, Miramichi on Saturday, September 4, 2010 at 1 p.m. For those who wish, remembrances to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family. www.brenansfh.com.
