1937 - 2010 - Pointe du Chene - Marilyn Wallace, 73, passed away at the Moncton City Hospital on Friday, September 3rd, 2010, surrounded by her loving family. Born in Pointe du Chène on May 21st, 1937, she was the daughter of the late Charles and late Ruth (Fraser) Brydges. Marilyn is survived by her husband Cecil J. Wallace Jr. and will sadly be missed by her daughter, Lisa (Kevin); her two sons, Scott and Jamie all from Pointe du Chene; seven grandchildren, Tara, Travis, Bradley, Jesse, Alysha, Nick and Emily; two great grandchildren, Keira and Grady; one sisters, Lila Clements (late Allan) from Shediac; also four brothers; Dyson (Mable) from Sussex, Gary (Pricilla) of Fredericton, Gordon (Betty) of Shediac and Thomas (Ruby) from Alberta. She was predeceased by one sister, Millie; two brothers, Allison and Jimmy and one infant sister, Ramona.
Requested by the family there will be no visitations at the funeral home. Funeral service will be held on Tuesday, September 7 at the Trinity United Church in Shediac at 2pm with Rev. Claudia Keller officiating. Reception to follow in the church hall. Donations to Canadian Cancer Society or donor's choice would be appreciated by the family.
