In Edmundston Regional Hospital, September 4, 2010 at the age of 95 years and 11 months, Mr. Ernest W. (Bob) Ritchie passed away. He was the husband of late Edna Jessie Miller. He is survived by a son Alan (Mary Crouse) of Baker Lake, NB , a daughter , Janice Cussin (late Gerald) of Cork, Ireland; also, 12 grand-children and 38 great-grand-children.
The funeral service will be held in the St. John Baptist Anglican Church, Edmundston, Thursday, September 9, at 11:00 AM. The family will receive condolances at J.B. Côté & Son Funeral Home, 160 Church Street, Edmundston, from 7 to 9 Wednesday evening and from 9 to 11 Am Thursday morning. Donations to the Edmundston Regional Hospital or St. John Baptist Anglican Church would be greatly appreciated. Mr. Ritchie was a member of the Edmundston Hall of Fame; an ex-goaler for the Eskimos' hockey team and also an ex-counsellor for the City of Edmundston. Funeral arrangements are by J.B.
